Founded in 1987 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Tikal Construction Ltd has been a cornerstone of Canadian construction for over 35 years. From our early days to our incorporation in British Columbia in 2001, we have grown into a trusted name in the industry, known for our commitment to excellence and safety.
Operating primarily out of British Columbia, we manage a wide range of projects across the province and handle facilities emergencies and upgrades for clients nationwide. Our name, Tikal, is inspired by the ancient Mayan city nestled in the jungles of northern Guatemala. Just as the impressive stone pyramids like Temple I (Temple of the Great Jaguar) and Temple IV have stood the test of time for over 500 years, we are dedicated to building structures that will endure for generations to come.
